On neltharion's lair 2nd boss, I precast spell reflect before the boss casts sunder, as usual. I was looking at my buff bar and my spell reflect still had 4 seconds left when I got hit
and it just didn't reflect, I took the full damage (which almost oneshot me btw, so yikes) and the SR icon did not change visual (like it usually does when you actually do reflect something). Is this bug something known?

It's different but not super different. You basically only press Multi-Shot to enable Beast Cleave (every 6 seconds), and in between you use barbed shot to maintain frenzy, kill command as your primary damage, and cobra shot if you have nothing else to press to prevent overcapping.
In BFA you pressed a shitload of Multi-Shot because it reset your aspect of the wild
