healer dps is amore complicated issue, because pugging and/or if your team is getting railed by eating fixates and random shit, or not interrupting it can go down
in general if a healer is doing less than 15k they are doing dogshit dps
anyone doing 5k or less is absolutely trash
so take it with a grain of salt, because a lot of things can factor in
id say those are really really really really bare minimums
