My only complaint is that 8 minutes is far too long a video to cover one macro. You kinda repeat yourself in slightly different ways a bunch of times. Maybe go in with a script that you've run through a few times for future videos and trim down the intro portion.

it doesnt work on leap
it kind of works on VP on the last jump to last boss

Avoidance isn't useless but you don't make decisions based on tertiaries unless it's an identical item at identical ilevel. The socket would be more worthwhile than a tertiary by a mile.
That being said, head is a pretty high stat budget item, so I would sim it. The str gain might outweigh it (assuming you already have a primary stat gem)

shockwave+fear gives you a lot of control in aoe pulls
you can legit stop entire packs if you know what you're doing
an example being the cloudburst pack before first dragon in VP you can effectively stop every cloudburst with your own kit
and there are other examples
