Healers also need to be aware and know how to play their class, I see a lot of them hardcasting one ability "mana". Dps need to use defs properly too, purge, dispells, ect. For sure a tank can carry a group but your job is to pull big and get slapped (ofc more) but its 5 man so its group effort, some dps just wanna dps and do nothing else. Some healers want to just hard cast and for sure some tanks don't care. It's all about playing smartly
