IP effectively becomes a rage dump for us to just churn through as much rage as possible to lower the cooldown on our other CDs (via anger management and some health (via Indominable) .. you can track it but really just should use it if you are close to over-capping on rage… putting a number on it isn’t really necessary but you can get weak aura to track it if you want. Also outburst procs give us an IP as well

Well, you can prioritize IP like you are doing but will lose out on damage from revenge and stuff (as you just said).. overall you want to probably just focus on damage anyway.. the best thing I can recommend is to always prioritize shield slam and shield slam procs, be sure you are ss'ing a lot... and keep the rage flowing

- avoid rage waste
- Mitigation assist
- Cycles our offensive CD and buff through anger management and outburst, so even if you're overcapping IP, it's still providing this massive benefit
