highly depending on if you are familiar with the tank.
Ilvl helps with bad plays, like a 445 ilvl Warritank can probably time up to 18 or something like that, without ever using shieldblock.
On the other hand a 430 warrior with good stats and skill can surely time a 24 with an appropriate group

Yeah well, I was that far already. Adding it manually with "external_buffs.pool=power_infusion:0/120/240" is basically the same as clicking the toggle button on raidbots. Doesn't change the fact that it will never be called in our APL.
