More than any stat prio is simply ilvl due to how strong Str is and having secondaries in general. Any tweaks more specialized than that are something you shouldn't even consider until you're absolutely optimizing, as in like you have every piece of gear possible and can freely swap
it's technically not at that point, but it should show to you how much to not stress over gear as much as play and coordination

i like to have about, 3, maybe 4, good trinkets overall
2 passives that i can equip together and 1 or 2 on use (sometimes item like bacon is so good it eclipses defensive options for most part
and then its just, do i need tank trinket? no. etc filter down equip the 2 i like best for that cotent, 90% of time leave it on "BIS"
2 passive is fantastic cuz don't have to add an extra keybind or worry* about how it works *(too much at least, yeah should TRY to proc them at right time or to make sure they actually deal dmg if thats the effect, say a cone)

what i find helps ALOT, is especially in LFR if you wipe to a ba boss, any boss, for any reason that isnt like, the tank got hit by the 1 shot or didnt taunt ot the healersgot exploded by pepega dps spreading debuffs
is you go in after the wipe and then all you gotta do is you say like "man, that boss sure is tough, does anybody know how to beat it?" or "anybody got questions or know more about this than we do?"
and then they start talkin about it and figure it out alot faster most times
