because generally the M+ talents are set up in a way where they'll facilitate fast target swaps and continual uptime with good aoe options

hey im new to prot warrior and im constantly getting rage capped, my current solution is to dumb rage into ignore pain since its OGCD so I can keep pressing shield slam and thunderclap, is that correct or should I take the time to press revenge to use rage before pressing slam and clap?
