Are you doing the proper pulls around shark boss? I found a couple minute gains from improving on that aspect alone. Having a stealth class/pots to activate the pig early, pulling crowds and pats during the RP, cleaving down the giants etc. on the turtle dude.
I haven't personally tried this so I'm not sure if it still works or not but I've also seen people pull the last group into the final boss and have them taken out by the boss aoe

You can run into pit with trash to activate pig and then pull more and more into / step out to pull more (eg tradh on way to final bridge) while waiting for other to spawn / pull trash onto (especiallyon turtle guy)

because like at least 70% of damage u take in m+ is melee
and if u parry somthing that means your IP now does more against magic damage
take searing blows last season for instance

even parrying a searing blows hit did more mitigation because it stopped a stack

Before pull i ask, if i should kite, or dd walk through boss with the chains... either it is chaos and people die in the first chain phase... additionally sometimes the chains disappear but the boss is casting his spell anyway.... wipe on boss-people leave.... very frustrating.
