@surreal thunder The problem with raid horn is that a.) you can miss, and b.) the split includes yourself, which as the tank, is pretty likely to happen. So at best, you would reduce the AoE effect by 20%, and at worst, you'd reduce it by 50% in ST and take a substantial amount of damage (at 431, an unsplit full volley hits my rogue for half my health).

Keep in mind that any sim you do that is relatively short (e.g. 3 mins or less) is going to use it with all of your CDs lined up at once, which is obviously when it's the most valuable.
But realistically it's only going to be up for every 6th demo/sc and every 3rd rav/tr and isn't likely to line up with avatar again for a while after the initial one

if you check here, Fragment is -0.9% dps when i wear my Whetstone
but it is +1.7% when i wear Festering Splinter xD
and a 447 Heart of Thunder sims less than a 415 Whetstone, so i doubt it sims to its full potential

I can confirm this is how it works, tho the diff between 2 vs 3 is expensive for not so much. It saved me quite a few keys as an engineer. The robot explode and deals damage to everyone when he disappear (few sec after casting the res) people should either accept right away and more or wait for the robot to explode before accepting the res

You don’t really have that many choice tbh, it’s the lowest non tier ilvl piece since the reste seems to be well balanced. You can argue for the better 2nd stats but you seems to have the appropriate stats spread 🙂 you basically don’t have a bad choice here, it’s all really similar
