So like... the thing is, even high key players have shit luck. Just because a trinket shows up on subcreation doesn't necessarily mean it's our "bis" trinket or even a good trinket necessarily. Also, high key players actually have some super weird opinions sometimes that aren't true at all. An example is at the end of Shadowlands, a lot of top tanks swore by the Codex trinket from Tazavesh and it was actually hot garbage that just showed up on meters.
And subcreation is just showing you what is the most common and/or most popular for that spec.

shield block should be one of the FIRST things you dump rage on, before anything else
because,, at the very minimum even if you don't block with it, it increses your ss dmg 30%
increasing your aggro, meaning the whatever monster doesn't aggro the (healer) and runs after it and they die to melee
