I have found myself struggling to maintain my IP on Fortified weeks, even if there's not a lot of unnecessary damage (kicks are happening, etc). Not sure what information is helpful, but I was 425-ish iL doing 12-16 keys. Is this something that happens occasionally, depending on the pack?
I don't have a specific example, so no logs. I know I'm not 100% efficient on rage usage and DR uptime (except SB).

What are the most accurate sim settings for m+ that most accurately represent the damage breakdown how it will also look like in a dungeon? I know people will say to sim st and also 5 targets aoe, however a dungeon does not look like that. Despite its bad reputation, the dungeon slice setting is actually quite good, and pretty properly represents the breakdown that I'm having in dungeons, and the dps (depending on the dungeon of course).

I tested it in 2 dungeons, and I actually found it more annoying than I remember, it makes me use a global for demo shout more often. Which on paper doesnt seem too bad, but I found I actually did worse overall dps and didnt really notice the defensive benefit as much. If I was pushing very high keys I can see myself using it though.

In regular scaling, the full damage is dealt to each target in full. so something that does 100 damage and hits 5 targets does 500 damage.
In sqrt scaling, the damage is modified by the sqrt of the number of targets. So an ability that does 100 damage and hits 5 targets would do 100/sqrt(5)=~45ish per target =225 damage total.
If you add a % then in an aoe scenario the trinket would do 225% of its listed damage split across all targets

in a 5target scenario each target is individually taking ~45% of the listed value
yes this is more than 1 target taking 100%
but the value of the trinket compared to what it could be is signifcantly less. In otherwords, as you use it in higher target count pulls its value as a damage trinket diminishes and trinkets whos damage scale w/ target count or who just provide raw stats begin to greatly outshine it.

Depends on a lot of different factors such as key, key level, route, group comp etc. I’ve reached 91+ (before the buffs we just had) in a few without too much trouble. The most important is timing the key, not just the number at the end tho

Defensive trinkets generally arent worth it. Splinter i think is the closest to being worth while - offensively just droptimizer tbh (mark of darghul is relaly good)

That's because the other stats will be weighted higher as haste is prolly your highest stat.

Trying to learn raid for the first time. On forgotten experiments, I understand how tank stacks and bonking other tank works per video. But how exactly do you work with tank? MT hits a certain number of stacks, OT taunts and hits same number, then they bonk?
