if you have people with all flights then right side is right, you have to sim for all the other options on the left side though to see what benefits your dps more

Sort of. You can move away and it'll not cast but they'll just recast it when you're back within range. Rotate defensives (remember it's magic so SR will help mitigate as well). You can run Spell Block in that dungeon as well if you're having a lot of trouble with it.

Timers are quite loosy goosy this season, so it's better to play it safe and be cognisant of the rest of your groups CDs (including defensive ones).
There's certain places where you can pull 20 mobs no problem because what you're pulling does no damage.
And then other places where you can't pull more than 8 because of the mobs themselves. So it's all on you learning what does what and not just assuming "okay because I can live this everyone else can"

Experiments can potentially be spicy (even with higher ilvl). Use attack speed slows (rogues/warlocks/DK's). Use defensive stance if you can't clear stacks, use CD's,IP, externals.
