There are two casts that the orbs do. Purifying Blast while they are alive, and Nullifying Pulse when they are dead. The circle is the radius of the Nullifying Pulse. It is perfectly safe to be in while they're alive; just make sure you move out of it after they're dead before the Pulse goes off.
So just pull all 4 orbs on to the boss, and as they die, just move far enough that you're out of that one's circle. I usually just kinda make a circle around the boss as they die to make sure at least 3 stay on him the whole time.

I used to be a keyboard turning clicker and trained myself out of it mainly by rebinding A and D to be ability buttons and not having a keyboard turn option available to me at all. Made me much better in the long run, but getting used to it was hard at first.
Hardest part is not just saying "fuck it" and falling back into old, bad habits.

OK so the reason why this specifically is bad is because you're going to inevitably send shit when you should hold onto it (because you're going to be hitting it for IP and SB). Even disregarding the rage economy points, there are times where you should be sending shit on cooldown, and times you shouldn't. If you have two mobs left in a pack, and they've got like 5 seconds of life left, you're going to waste Avatar and DS when they would have been much more useful going into the next pack. Or send DS when it would've helped holding it 10 seconds for a big non-physical damage spike you're about to take. Etc. I can think of 30 different reasons to not include all that in a macro.
If you'd like help setting up different keybindings, we all have different ones so just try shit out that works for you. You want to have binds that are most comfortable and easiest to hit with some other ones. I have like 40 and shift/control mods for all of them but I rarely use all of them.

Ideally you bind together only things that have the same effect with the same timer that you will always use together. Let’s say a dps trinket with 90s CD and a 90s Offensive CD outside of this there is scenarios in which you should delay some use etc. For avatar/Demo the problem is they don’t fill the same role and not have the same CD. While Demo can be use for damage most of the time you might need it for the DR and delay it’s use by a few sec because you already have Shield wall running.
