IIRC the frostfire belt 447 ilvl sims for about 3000dps. I didn't see a way to sim the patch, but I got it any ways. I am 430 ilvl equipped and have the tier 3 patch it has consistently been about 3% of my overall damage and details says it's doing about 1500dps overall. This is from a 16 HOI just a bit ago... So I think frostfire belt is prob better than tier 3 patch?

here's an example: tanking forgotten experiments, i cancelaura all my mitigation and pop the trinket with 10~ stacks of the tank debuff (tooltip said 190k/sec) and i take literally 0 dmg

here are your stats not very far ahead in 5 target than a 441, but this is in my right not end of season so things might change, and that 800-1200k dps can just go ive foregstorm procs fast early which happens alot and obviously this sim is one case not over a whole dungeon where ST it a thing as well
