1st hit - shield wall + impending victory. 2nd hit - spell block + spell reflect. 3rd hit - spell block + impending victory. 4th and 5th hit vary depending on whether you run double wall talent or not. But basically you keep rotating shield reflect and impending victory and supplement with a major defensive cooldown. Use Last Stand and rallying cry when you see fit /after/ you've already taken the hit as they will also heal you
And, obviously, try to pool rage and get big IPs up before and straight after taking the hit

You need to be in communications with your healer about what cd's you intend to use and when you intend for them to do externals or more healing on you
so that the 2 of you combined don't over use your CD's and then both of you hav nothing
