Sometimes more casts indeed does not equal more damage, and sometimes less casts but stacked with other buffs means more damage

Kinda like Aff loses casts of phantom singularity in favor of stacking it with other dots because it means they do more damage in burst windows

Anyways every 5 abilities/attacks panth gets an empowered ability. His Q is auto crit if used with empower, his w makes you get giga attack speed for 3 attacks, his e gives giga move speed when ended. Q tap is a spear thrust, hold is throw. W is leap to target and small stun. E is block projectiles/attacks while thrusting for a small period of time. Panth R is large radius relocation with a small slow and some damage to people caught in the wave, it also gives 10/20/30% passive armor penetration at all times depending on level.
