Is 403 ilvl considered low for 17s and up? I'm occasionally getting blown up by random mobs (Bones in SBG) and certain bosses are almost one shotting me even with full IP (Cawth, Azureblade). I'm keeping SB and IP rolling as much as possible. Am I missing something or is 410 really that big of a difference from 404?

The bone mobs in SMBG you should rotate spell block and shield wall then cc/kite. For Crawth you need a cd for almost every peck (you can get away without one if your healer is spamming you or you have hero/big rage gen from ravager/sc up)

No, use it for damage, but know that when it's up you don't need a major cd for savage peck, so don't use shield wall, because you can spam IP for a few seconds there and save your wall for the next one, for example

On a 17 realistically you can kind of brute force every one of them, but for higher keys that's kind of how I think about it

Maybe I don't kite the crappy packs enough. The only pull I consistently kite is the last TJS group

there are only a few specific pulls you should kite

the shadowmoon guys are one of them and its usually only at the end of the pull when you've used your stuff already, you can just start running to the boss

last pull of TJS if they live longer than spell block/wall/wall again/stun into reflect for claws lineup

sometimes in NO if I do a big double pull at the 3rd mound I will kite if I dont have a big cd and have 2 mortal strike stacks

but most of the time you don't need to kite
