Technically 418 crafted shield is the best thing you can have for prot until you get higher from vault or mythic raid

ive been spamming bonus valor +2/3/4 since i hit 70 and i'm basically in full low epics + crafted 392s

sitting on like 4500 valor

prob start tanking keys for real soon and use valor on nice drops
