It's not that hard to time. Idk why people are starting it in the middle though. You pull her to sanct side, you wait ~4-5 seconds, you leap across. We've done it dozens of times and never had it do an early shield. If it doesn't work, then you just do the fight as normal and don't worry about it.

But how do I go from 60cpm to 90cpm? I already feel like I am smashing my keyboard but apparently I am not. How does one learn to press more buttons?

1. your running the wrong talents for m+, your should be running HR not ITF
2. even with the talent u have you should have far more blocked hits than u currently have, you should have at least 20% more blocked hits with the talents u do have.
   so u need to actually track your SB usages and SC usages as well,
3. your wasting more than 10% of the rage u genrate which is appauling if your are going to overcap you use it on IP doesnt matter if its going to overcap or not, YOU DO NOT OVERCAP RAGE
4. your casts are awefully low, you should have twice the amount of SS casts and like 3 times the amount of TCs that u have currnt.
5. everything else like avatar TR, demo, should all be used on CD and never held u have about half the amount of casts as u should

PLAN YOUR COOLDOWNS. Don't use them all at once.
-TJS 3rd boss - Use SW/SR/Spell Block/DS + IP to mitigate initial hit, followed by IV/LS/Healthpot to help reduce healing absorb. If possible ask your DPS'ers to keep CD's for the second phase.
-RLP 2nd boss - Searing Blows is a BLEED. Use Shield Block to block the initial hit and SW/DS/LS/IP to reduce the bleed damage (evoker/dwarf racial remove the bleed)
-Crawth - It's a BLEED. Same logic as RLP 2nd boss.

I don’t see a problem with a sound that would help indicate something, but is it possible that people really just don’t know that shield block stacks (up to a certain amount) and you can just press shield block again to stack it rather than waiting for the buff to nearly drop.

A lot of people have actually come here thinking SB didn't stack and they were losing uptime by reapplying it too early

I mean honestly if people are having uptime issues they should just make sure to run ED and Heavy Rep and from there you could virtually just press shield block and shield charge every time it’s up and it’ll never fall off as long as you press SS on CD

I see it a lot in keys though where warriors will just wait for the shield block to fall off to press it again rather than just burning the rage and shield block to add to the current duration lol

So you can just press it whenever you want, there's no gap in uptime

I personally just burn the rage on it unless I have lots of uptime already and need the rage for something else. Only time I put even a tiny bit of thought into it is when running ITF and honestly it ain’t much more thought. I just won’t burn stacks if combat is about to end or in raid if the fight is dragging out and I’m offtanking

Yea, if you over gear and have plenty of haste you can still run ITF in raid on fights where you don’t have downtime. With 32% baseline haste I can still manage about 96% uptime over 3 minutes using ITF

ilvl parse can be misleading, you could have 382 cape + 421 weapon and it would be same ilvl as 421 cape + 382 weapon

Answer:
PLAN YOUR COOLDOWNS. Don't use them all at once.
-TJS 3rd boss - Use SW/SR/Spell Block/DS + IP to mitigate initial hit, followed by IV/LS/Healthpot to help reduce healing absorb. If possible ask your DPS'ers to keep CD's for the second phase.
-RLP 2nd boss - Searing Blows is a BLEED. Use Shield Block to block the initial hit and SW/DS/LS/IP to reduce the bleed damage (evoker/dwarf racial remove the bleed)
-Crawth - It's a BLEED. Same logic as RLP 2nd boss.

If needed be in DEFENSIVE STANCE
