Average CD of Avatar should be 35-45 seconds so you just take total time you spent in the dungeon, divide by ~40 seconds, and that's approximately how many you should have assuming you're using it exactly on CD. Obviously it'll be probably a little lower than that due to travel time where you're not spending/generating rage, but it gives you a ballpark estimate.

First jaw overlaps with volatile current, so i can aoe taunt to break sparks, and taunt the boss at the same time. Good good.
On the next volatile current tho, when we want him to aoe taunt to take aggro and break sparks, he already has aggro to begin with. So he has to aoe taunt to break sparks, then i have to taunt to take aggro.
Ok thats 2 taunts overlapping, not an issue.
However, the boss also does Breath into Wing twice in P1, and we need to taunt there too in order to turn the boss so our druids can charge to it in catform.
Now.. there is then a short period of time where he does Jaw, Current, and Breath into wing, where we seem to need to use 3 taunts, making him immune for when we actually need it

I personally use it in RLP, AV, TJS, fortified NO (solely for the 2nd area) and HOV tyrannical pugs

2nd area NO is largely avoidable since the most danger is from arcing blade which can just be backpedaled. If you're not kicking stormbolts on higher keys you're gonna have deaths regardless (and it probably won't be you)

Conductive strike makes you take 500% damage from thundering strike - so I thought if you took the dot and reflected the thunder strike, that would make the biggest damage, but I guess the reflect comes first before the dot effect

Are there any weird interactions with the heal absorb from 3rd boss in TJS and Last Stand? Does LS before it hits increase the heal absorb or is the heal absorb a static amount no matter what your health is? If I have 20k left in the heal absorb, does LS clear it, or just give a health buffer below the remaining absorb?

what combo for keys boys
you gonna want to sim, but my gut tells me that you will use that Seal of Filal Duty cause it has just more stats then either of the other rings (with a socket). You gonna want frostfire to proc Seal, and if you run that might as well use Durina ring for the fireball proc. Then, assuming you have lariat, you sort of forced to use the Primal Molten Bracers
but thats just me
But it also seems like you are a fury main, so your chosen gems and enchants arent da best, so have to take that into consideration

ahh yeah. i dont enjoy raiding and only really do keys with the boys, so seems like bracers are the go for now. can always rng a spark from m+ and make the belt eventually if i do get the ring
