Can someone guide me to the right direction? I have a 412-414 prot warrior, I don't think im terrible but i know for a fact i can be performing better; from DPS'ing to tanking. I feel like i get spiked more than i should and I feel like 20s should be pretty "easy" but sometimes i just go from 100 to 0. Obviously, i try to keep IP and SB up as much as possible. I just dont know what im missing.

U can do that and should but u always should have 2 charges of shield block back for when you are tanking.
No thats fine but u can do that very easily and its not something you actually do expect on certain bosses and mechanics but generally IP is ussed to dump your excess rage if your going to overcapp on the next ss or tc cast. Revenge should be used alot along side IP
