Its gotta be Strike Twice or Icon. Icon is big for your raid if neither tank is wearing it, but Strike Twice is big for you. You can (albeit expensively) move embellishments off your weapon to somewhere else to not lose value there, "just" gold, and get a big upgrade

So as far as weather or not you should catalyst something it depends on what level content you cap out at, right like apply some discretion. Are you realistically going to be filling your vault with +20 options if your answer is yes then probably hold your charges
