here are my reasons not to get this thing:

1. item is more expensive than food stacks for entire season (unless you die 1234 times a day, then ok, its cheaper),

3. in future such "buff" on 418 crafted item can create pressure to not replacing it with better 421 from vault just to not lose buff we spend so much gold on

This is not how it works, we don't live in a simulation. You could just pop a pull timer once everyone is alive. Without it, you make an RC and wait till everyone is ready. This is a much larger delay than 10s for most guilds

way i see it there are a lot of cloaks to be found in m+ and every run you have potentially 4 traders. cloak is 250 per upgrade. so 405->415 is 3 steps or 750 valor. one weeks allowance. so in reality you comparing 415 vs 418 spark cloak. if you craft 418 shield you probably dont worry about that slot rest of season effectively.

but end of the day you cant really go wrong, could just craft 418 cloak now and next spark you get a shield if vault didnt help you before

Can anyone suggest what crafted gear I could make with my 2 sparks? would the ring be good? can easily farm normal infusions to get the stuff to 402-405 but I'm not sweating 16s+ yet 🤔

I have crafted weapon but this one dropped and is better (without using an infusion on it), I'll switch back when I get a concentrated infusion. agreed on ring tho

for me all I had to do was respec avatar and UF and I was good to go

I just love how my vault was the juiciest it's ever been in terms of what I completed last week

Not sure why they're so restrictive on the valor cap

Like if you can get 2500 rating your cap should increase by a logical amount to upgrade more than 1 item

Is it worthwhile trying to craft a 418 shield if i have 411 shield already, or is better to look at crafting other gear and switching out some random 398 piece?

the thing for me is when i log in, i expect to be able to go and do my thing, what ever the hell it is, and it doesn't glitch out too much, and i can do it pretty brainlessly if its dungeon or raid or something

I noticed that the wowhead talent guide suggests using bolster and into the fray now instead of heavy repurcussions. Is that just because we have such a ridiculous amount of shield block uptime now so we don't really need heavy repurcussions?
