I don't think it will be close between a 402 crafted shield and a 411 shield with off stats (in favor of the 411), but if you've got a crafted 402 I would be looking to upgrade it to a 415/418 asap over the 411 anyway. Then you can take the chest out of your vault.

You can pretty much full-send DPS coolies as they come up for fat dam so long as it'll actually be worth if a pack isn't near death or a big damage phase is about to land.
For example, I hold Ravager, Shield Charge, Thunderous Roar, and Ava right before Intermission on Razs for that sweet, sweet add cleave meter monkeying.

Uptime isn't a thing, but yes. IP is meant to pad your health out and avoid wasting rage, and that's about it.
Blocked hits > uptime
You can have great uptime but block fuckall because you're either wasting it, or you're copping back hits.

It's also good for general smoothing of damage intake, but that's kinda with the territory of Outburst and avoiding rage cap. The more difficult content you do the more deliberately you'll be spending rage on IP to not get flatlined.

Yes. 2p is decent damage, but negligible DR. 4p synergizes like an animal with Brutal Vitality.

When catalyst opens, you will get a weekly quest. Doing activities completes the quest, at the end of which you will receive 1 charge for the catalyst for all of your toons (meaning each toon gets 1 charge, even ones that aren't max level yet).

Hello! I levelled a fresh Prot last week to be my M+ push char. I raid as Prevoker, but I want to tank keys this season. I am going to be doing high keys, 20+ this week, but later with gear, actual high keys too, and have a strong premade group.
I am a bit unsure of what I should be crafting. This guy will likely not see a lot of mythic raiding but will be clearing hc with alt raid every week.
I think I want to craft Lariat, Engi bracers (with ress I assume?), and a shield. But after that I'm very unsure. I noticed Gregw is playing the shield embellishment, but that is not recommended in any guide. However, guides usually tend to look at raid too, which is irrelevant to me.
What would you craft and what embellishments would you use in my shoes?

The danger is you feel so safe as prot because you don't take much phys dam. Then a mob has a magic tank buster you weren't expecting and now you're dead in 0.2 seconds
