secondly, your casts are non exsistent like they are less than half of what i would expect them to be like you cast around 5 shield slams per min when it should be 10-12, same with TC, because of this your are generating any rage and the rage u are generating you not spending your trying to with revenge but you arent using IP to dumb it which leads into another big issue the amount of rage your wasting around 20% of the rage you gernate which leads to the feedback loop of the class not working and u get less avatar and less shield walls less everything really

its an rppm trinket

so you can get 10 procs in 3 minutes and then 7 minutes of 0 procs

so the swings on it are quite wild

hence why the dmg procs are generally a more consistent option because they are just flat dmg, cant have bad timing on it

Is there a WA for spell reflect that is 100% accurate? There are some cast where the mobs briefly look at the tank as they cast, but then switch to their correct player a split second latter and the two top weakauras misflags those
