No idea where to even start with Auto attacks outside of 20% crit will give 100% uptime of attack speed buff at 20% haste.

Additionally for optimized bleed dots, I dunno where to find an updated log of how haste affects them, per Roar, Deep wounds, Rend.

Really want to crunch numbers with someone good using Sims, to perfect the values.

I don't know about stunning one, but they can't cast anything else while they're dominating the soul. That's why you don't kick them. The dominators threat table is the souls threat table though, so you'll need to get aggro on all of them or else the soul is going to ignore you.

So if 12k dps per target is an upgrade to you and you're not worried about dying after pulling shield block / shield wall it might be an okay investment of a tinker slot... maybe...

Yes, firstly I'd advise playing spell block in that key

If so then it would just be either having a separate keybind for cancelaura or macroing it into trinket and not double hitting it

You can not, because I always have to have someone clear on me during thundering with it. Can’t even shield charge to something not in my melee range.
