Lariat really isn't as good as people make it out to be. It's like +1% over a similar ilvl and statted neck.
Weapon/shield will be a much bigger upgrade unless you already have similar ilvl to what you can craft

Honestly, if you want to play with BSV..do it, up to you at the end of the day.
Realistically for the majority of people, other talent choices would be better.
I used BSV in the 20 Jade i did just to test it out and see how much it procced..
It procced 6 times over the course of the dungeon and 3 of them were my own fault.
Also..don't pick between Punish/BSV.
Punish should be a mainstay in your m+ build.
So drop something else for BSV if you really want it.

It's not dungeon slice that's inaccurate.
It's the APL that's the problem.
You'd have to create very-very specific APL's per target count (and holding CD's etc)to get a realistic result out of Dungeonslice..

on pull you can reflect his first cast, after that you just catch balls that come close to the boss, if you step out of melee to grab 1-2 balls earlier make sure to use spell reflect

Yeah they messed with the score formula this season because they buffed the key scaling from 8% to 10% per key level, 15s now are between 19s-20s last season just in raw damage/hp numbers

There's not really anything special to routing HOV. Skip pretty much everything in Fenryr area and pull the tables. You need 84% before you go up pto the 4 minibosses

pretty easy to make a weakaura, even has a template to follow and basically does it all for you
they arent macroing ip to ss, they're macroing ss to ip
it saves a few millisecond of key input when using ip if the gcd isnt triggered
