@strong forum I'm really struggling with this vault. How good is grieftorch really? I can pick 389 manic grieftorch or 411 1h weapon. Both upgrade sim very close to each other. The weapon would be 22 ilevel upgrade. Then that leaves the spark for use. If I go with the Manic Grieftorch I'd craft a 405 weapon. If I go with the weapon from vault I'd craft the belt(I'd have 2 ways to proc the Defense ring: Belt and Decoration of Flame).

The big X for me on the Grieftorch is it being 389 and non-upgradeable. While the weapon could use 1 m+ upgrade, and allows a decent ilevel trinket to be slotted in.

They are approximately equal but crit is better for damage generally

Most of your damage is melee, this is true, but I don't think it's the kind of damage that is actually dangerous. I think almost always when I die it is because of magic damage, and not taking too much phys damage.

Assuming crit is weighted more heavily than vers for damage in your build (probably is), it's even more expensive for damage. 180 rating for 1% crit vs 205 rating for 1% vers (damage)

Normally unique-equipped means you can only have one of that type equipped. So it has a 2 to let you know you can equip two

If you were gonna hang on to a cobalt ring, it would be the DPS one. I would be interested to see two of the same dungeon run with and without the shield ring because my guess is that your HPS wouldn't really change.

It looks good because it has a presence on the meter, but all it's really doing is taking the place of your IP since it gets consumed first.
