either way im thinking it might be worth using it before the hit just to give you healer more of a buffer to react to the debuff. My reasoning being if you get hit for 90%, or lets say 90k of your 100k total hp for simplicitys sake, before using last stand you only have 10k of available damage to take before the debuff is cleared, but if you use it before the strike, you have a total hp of 130k, the hit still removes 90k of that but now you have 40k worth of hp to survive on until the debuff is cleared.

The stone remarkably heals most if not all. A potion covers the next one. Following by personal heal. Then last stand.

The only damage I really experience that right is the jade serpent strike

You want to utilize the 30% reduction and rallying there if for some reason you see are see more than 4 jade strikes before conversion to dragon.

It also help since the aoe circle before push after jade strike will cause range issue to coordinate with healer near by.

So being near healer while dodge out makes big difference.

I'm not sure what to think about the trinket recommendations in the wowhead guide. It rates the ruby shell, which I have and have tried in a lot of keys, as one of the BiS. I just don't see how. I've gotten a lot more mileage out of Windscar Whetstone.

You can look up routes when you plan on pushing. When you do, you also already have ur own routes, and its easy to memorize small changes instead of memorizing a whole route

i use SR exclusively as an offensive spell, thats why i suggest not running it if you're struggling with the class, and instead take max rage for instance, so you dont rage cap as often, which new players also tend to do

i use friendly plates in areas that are super hectic in m+, such as the grass bumps in offensive. I turn off enemy plates there and turn on friendly plates, since there is so many frontals, so i dont walk into friendly targets
