Should be making sure to never be at 2 charges of shield block, using avatar on CD, using shield slam when it’s up, and never wasting any rage. My shield block is typically around 95+% in details with roughly 50% avatar uptime. You might also be using outburst on TC too much.

If you run ITF, you sacrifice SB uptime, so to get 100% you need to swap Tough as nails for bolster to make up for it

Thunderlord is ok, but not too impactful, battering ram or battle scared vet is better in most situations, whether you need dmg or tankiness

Is there a way to toss crafted items in gear compare with embellishments? All I can think of as a workaround is using strike twice to compensate for fang adornment.

if I'm right, lariat should be the worst option
