From what you get base, Slam and Whirlwind are completely useless to Prot. Pretend those don't exist. For things that are recommended to grab in talents, you don't need to actually bind Rend because Thunder Clap applies Rend

other than that, from everything I can think of, they're all relevant

You may not pick everything at all times (no need for storm bolt when facing a raid boss that can't be stunned, for example), and keybinds are saved per talent spec, so you can probably save yourself some binds that way

well, we dont have reprisal. So you have to keep in mind to have shield block as much up as you can.

We are quite squishy without the SB.

4 ysemeralds would be 4 stacks of the stated haste, up to 18 stacls where the other effect takes place
