You can't stack them. The fire one will do what it wants to be honest. I have pugged it a fair bit though and my advice is to always focus the drake if you can hit it, if you can't hit it safely focus storm. When he gets on the drake, you focus the fire dragon until it's dead.

You should only run Defensive Stance if you're getting pounded. Try to get away with Battle Stance where-ever you can. 🙂
