The reason is that for example, even fully speccing into say Frost devotion, basically top prof gear, I cannot guarantee a 3 star craft. I HAVE to spec into inspiration, make 5 enchants, and 1/4ish will be 3star, the others will be 2 star. It costs 30k to do a single Frost devotion craft. So I gotta risk a ton of upfront money and pray to RNG
