IcyVeins is written by Mwahi, who's in this Discord and one of the main theorycrafters, Wowhead's written by Llarold, who handles a bunch of other tank guides and all. I'd recommend Mwahi's IcyVeins guide since he specializes in Prot War, but both are good starting points overall

There is special nameplates for interupts, they will highlight, change color, have color based if you can interupt, if you can interupt later in the cast when you're interupt comes off cd

My humble suggestion? Try disabling all of those addons, just for the next hour.
Then go into a heroic or w/e and just get a feel for it. Im guessing you'll go "wait, it does this thing too, damn" 😄

Worst case scenario? You don't like plater, just delete it and reenable the old addons.

Also don't just send all your stacks at once, try to use them so you aren't missing downtime when you're actively tanking something. Remember if you go Champion you're going to also get Shield Block duration from Shield Charge, but obviously we prefer to send that more or less on CD for damage.
