if you recraft, the Skill goes up, so you can eventually make it Rank 5 no matter ur skill lvl

I tried to pull a big grp solo in the academy dungeon and after 3mins i had a 65% uptime. I think i can squeeze it out a bit more to 70-75% but it´s still far off from 100%. i think it's useful if you can make it higher than 382, but im not a blacksmith i just know you wanna use those sparks sparingly
