There's definitely a bug involving profession equipment but it is not active everywhere as I've had friends report that in some places, it doesn't display the bugged ilevel.

With the talent (forgot the name) that adds up the the ignore pain absorb when you deal damage I find it very easy to maintain it up. On larger packs you have cds like ravager that help with absurd rage regeneration so it’s not hard to have ip up IMO. Anyway point taken!
