actually, I think you play cheat death if you're pugging. it's not about you making mistakes its about your team imo, if they miss a kick on an enraged waterbolt from a fortified 27+ it's going to chunk you, and if you're full health with all mitigation up yeah you can take one, but if you get hit with a bunch of enraged melee at the same time (providing it's under the 100k cheat death cap) it saves you from bad teammates (or good teammates that made a mistake)
but unfortunately i've not got my hands on a cheat death trinket yet pogchamp xD
i've got 2.9 without one so far so it's definitely not necessary to get a decent rio in pugs, but I do want it just to try it

Druid is a complementary choice with pwar cuz they dont need agro for anything reactive in Kit like revenge, grand crusader, bone shield stuff for feedback loop on rotation.
That said, bear state is kinda meh atm outputwise (could change), and doesnt offer anything unique like ams, amz, rally, whatever.

I like 4k but only on New Vegas because I've modded it to allow for smooth 70 FPS at all times with 4k retextures squished onto a 2560x1440p monitor
But that also took something like 20 hours of rewriting strings of text and shit
