Hands give neither haste nor verse + there is a hasteverse hand in dungeons, chest gives haste at least but also shitty mastery + there is a hasteverse chest in dungeons and chest gives most stats. I know guides recommend chest over hands but it seems like hands would be better? Less haste but better stats overall.

The issue with codex is, that people use it cuz high key people use it, when in reality the high key people also just use it cuz alot of others use it and its healing and dmg shows up on dmg meter

The ideal scenario is not a guild that needs to prog heroic and instead just clears it, but doesn't care enough to go into mythic

Just because there's slightly more haste on an item, doesn't mean it's the best item
You also dont want heavy haste in literally every item to get 50% haste and barely anything else, you want a healthy balance of stats
Which is why I for example run tier gloves and normal pants with crit/vers cuz it's more overall dmg
