Honestly, it's more important to play well and play the dungeon well on average than have ilvl;
that being said, tuning on those dungeons have been a little whack for some people, though it should be a lot easier with the nerfs and visual adjustments

The Wall is mentioned in the IV guide as a secondary solid option for Raiding.
This is due to the nature of Reprisal. A lot of people play Reprisal without actually getting the maximum usage out of it..e.g not charge weaving/intervening etc.
In such cases The Wall pulls ahead as it's "new player friendly" as long as you just press SS.

They increase surv by irrelevant amounts, but for aoe stats will do more dmg, so overall in m+ the stat weapon will do more dmg and in raiding its then just within margin of error, so it's up to you if you wanna spend the valor or not

instantly leave after 3 wipes on same boss, pretty much
i like to quit out early rather than late before SHTF basically, so, like, as long as the group is killing shit and moving forwards hell yeah having a good time
people start yelling at eachother and blaming eachother after too many deaths, team morale goes out the window

I just don’t understand why elfyra and galindre have so much hp. They have a combined 20mil on a 16 when trixie and naeno have 4 times less at 5mil. I get there is more downtime on the bosses in junkyard but not that much

its also dual interupts that hit bolts for about 40k (+15 key), and adds, could be a very tough tyranical boss in MDI
