At what point are the diminishing returns on haste big enough that we actually care about them? With my mechagon rings active im sitting at 41% Losing 50 haste rating already. A fully stacked mythic OWS will grant about 300 haste , but im losing about 70 rating of that. Thats a total haste loss of 120 rating. For higher keys would I still want OWS or maybe play RDM or cheat death instead?
