I wanted to test the buff uptime and am happy to report it is a very high uptime with NO EFFORT required. I completely ignored trying to game it, wiggle, or stun plus angle in any way and simply played as I normally would.

the easy answer if you need to press your buttons, the long answer is if you are having issues with banner uptime, you are playing incorrectly most likely not pressing the correct buttons, overcapping / wasting rage, not pressing buttons enough. but its hard to tell without logs

I'd recommend just using Reprisal. I didn't start tanking or playing warrior until last season though. But that's how I started and it's really good to get into the habit of using Intervene and Charge weaving.
