In regards to the guild search, I am the GM of my guild and the main tank. My raid roster has been obliterated because of lack of content and when New World came out. I literally fill a raid every Sunday with PUGs and Real ID friends. I would Real ID players that you get along with and join their raids/mythic+ until you find a guild. My guild didn't get AotC for the first time since SoO. Not because we didn't kill heroic Jailer but because I didn't have enough guildies in the raid for it to count. I am sure there are a lot of guild in the same spot as mine and I have many PUGs that join every Sunday.

What my guild did is we turned our fun raid where we cleared normal into a recruiting event where we pugged 3-8 people every week that were interesting in a new group to raid with
Worked pretty well, we have over 20 people right now for raid, but the main issue is most of them def aren’t mythic raiders. So heroic seems to be in our future

Yeah, recruitment a lot of the time is throwing a wide net and doing what you can to keep the better players. Just keep that up and eventually you have a good raid team.
