Hey general question. I'm trying to tank this season and I'm reading Prot Warrior Necro/Reprisal is a tough play style for new tanks. I like the idea of Prot warrior for sure and I have a warrior (fury last season) and a BM Monk ready to go. Only doing 15s and below. Worth the time investment into Prot for the short season or should I go with BM since it SEEMS more simple? Figured this group would give me a real answer.

In keys, it really helps, since it lets you keep leap for mechanics or, more importantly, ensuring as little downtime between packs as possible, so you can heroic leap onto/before the next pack. Lets your banner upkeep be as streamlined as possible.

They're very strong, but require some dedicated effort to keep base mitigation up due to reprisal and high apm in order to achieve it

BDK has the utility edge
but as a monk main, going crit/vers as my stack stats then taking mastery as my buff is fantastic in keys
basically immortal and have an effective dodge rate of 70-90% depending on circumstances in a 20 stack key
Really useful for cheesing certain mechanics like Attumen's Mortal Strike since its dodgeable
I just BoK before it then dodge it and then solo soak the Shared Suffering in 18-19 Lowers

My current route gets you 20 stack relatively efficient but is ~106 or 107% completion
by doing that I don't think you go over
I think the best pull in the dungeon tho is both enforcer packs + the dreadlord 2 pack on the side in the plaza
Blow all CDs there and since it has 3 dreadlords and 2 enforcers and 3 other mobs there are way less bad casts going on
As long as you can survive long enough for CDs to blow up the pack w/ the 50% bonus damage taken from the enrage, it'll be giga efficient
