Now to elaborate on this topic.
Shield Block is your MAIN mitigation tool against any blockable damage (which is more often than not 90%+ of the dungeons overall damage profile).
It mitigates a lot more damage than Ignore Pain and it should be kept up as much as possible when actively tanking.
Ignore Pain should be used to prevent overcapping on Rage..on lower keys you can get away with just IP but it won't get you far.
You should be aiming for ~80%+ blocked hits .

Is there a breakdown of what raid fights are best for spear vs banner? On Danny last night I didn’t feel like my banner uptime was high enough to outweigh spear (but also possible I’m just dumb).

necro is better dps and tankiness than kyrian atm

i would strongly recommend playing necro on every raid fight

if your banner uptime is not good thats a skill issue
