Because a lot of m+ from a tank perspective is your group doing well
You’re there to facilitate pulls that make them succeed and be efficient

I have this IP bar, but it doesnt work anymore, it used to show you the maximum limit at 100% so you dont overcap, is there any weakaura that does the same but takes your max health into account?

Don't worry about overcapping IP.
It's not a thing.
Your main goal is to generate as much rage as possible without overcapping Rage.
When the class is played properly this leads to quite a lot of Ignore Pain spam which in turns means a lot of overcapping of IP. But that's fine.
But if you just want an updated WA then i guess you need to wait for the owner to update it (or do it yourself) or check wago for a newer one.
