1. You only charged 18 times and used intervene 10 times, those are extremely low, you should be at least like 50 charge casts in that run for reprisal usage

2. 12 ravager casts in a 27 minute dungeon, you need to cast ravager on CD. Same thing for avatar, only 17 casts when it should be closer to 35-40

3. Only 3 Last Stand casts. You should be casting Last Stand ON COOLDOWN as Kyrian for the extra rage generation = extra survivability. When you reroll necrolord this is also true to keep up banner

4. Only 2 Shield Wall casts. Obviously if you feel tanky this is fine because it's purely defensive, but you could have cast it like 20 more times to be extra safe and make your healer happy

5. You barely blocked 50% of all incoming melees. That number should be closer to 80%+. Better SB uptime and better reprisal usage needed here

6. You used 35 outbursts on shield slam and 19 on TC. You should be using a lot more outbursts on SS, a few on TC is fine but definitely not over 33%

7. As Harrow said, you wasted a HUGE amount of rage. You need to press IP a lot more so you stop wasting rage

Rage = Avatar CDR and more tier set procs for a lot more damage, and also healing from indomitable- and when you go necrolord, it'll also give you banner uptime

8. Only 3 Demo Shout casts in the entire run. With booming voice you need to cast Demo Shout basically on CD, it's a huge damage amp and a ton of rage

For a beginner your CPM on revenge and shield slam aren't like... terrible? But you need to cast more shield slams to generate more rage

Oh also only 8 spell reflect casts in the whole key, you probably had a ton more opportunities to cast it than you used

Anyway yeah class is hard so don't get discouraged these are all very fixable problems

Yeah the key things for UI/keybinds are this:

1. Absolute most important is shield block info. You need to know if SB is about to drop so you can reapply it with reprisal, or if you don't have it at all, either Shield Wall or start kiting
2. Ignore pain must be on an easy-to-spam keybind, because you are going to press it a LOT
