My PC got the BSOD saying an error occured. I checked my computers event viewer and it showed me which errors appeared at the time of the crash.
AMDRyzenMasterDriverV28 cannot start - Cannot create a file when that file already exists. I checked for the file, the file doesn't exist.
Chatgpt told me steps to remove ghost versions of the file. I don't want to risk messing anything up further on my computer trying to fix this issue.
I found the Auto-Detect and Install download for AMD adrenaline on the AMD website for my specs but I don't know if I should just download it and see if it fixes my AMD Ryzen master driver issue or not. ChatGPT said it could potentially fix the issue and replace the driver that is missing.
ChatGPT also suggested to install Ryzen Master separately but I can't find it anywhere on the AMD website. ChatGPT says doing that will correctly install the AMDRyzenMasterDriver and recreate any missing services.
Sorry if theres any typos. I'm typing this while also taking care of my autistic child and super stressed out. Just looking for help to fix this issue so my computer stops getting random black screens that say error with no codes or anything then restarting afterwards.
When I have downtime I play 1 game and I noticed theres also some laggyness and load time issues and I'm just guessing its tied to the Ryzen issue as well which sucks.
