if i look at the MB it looks kind of cheap though. only 1x 8pin cpu so probably not great for PBO overcklocking. Nearly no heatsinks, vrm has no fan
so if you win, you probably sell the motherboard and upgrade to something better
might do the same with the ram, actually you can just let the upgrade kit for a friend come to someone you know and claim both, sell the 2 kits and upgrade all the parts
i would honestly trade the 2 9800x3d for a 9950x3d
i also would trade the ram for a samsung B die kit

I think that mobo in the image is a placeholder.
You can see it doesn't have the typical AM5 mounting holes or tabbed brackets, and the cam lever is what you'd find on an Intel mobo.
