2 days ago it was working perfectly fine, but then every game got a flat FPS drop by about 45%.
Specifically on Dead by Daylight the issue is weird, the FPS I get is always 10% lower than the limit I set (if the limit is 120 I get an average of 108, if the limit is 60 I get 54, and it doesn't change based on graphical settings). I have a XFX Mercury model, so throttling is not the problem. Setup:
AMD Ryzen 7 7700
9070 XFX Mercury
DDR5 32GB 6200 MHz CL40 Viper
Endorfy Fortis 5
Gigabyte B650 UD AX
Gigabyte GIGABYTE UD750GM (750 W)
CPU < 60°C, GPU < 50°C, Hotspot < 60°C
#9070 XT performance suddenly dropped

No pins are bent and no cables are burnt
The GPU has the same usage% and voltage as it had before
I don't use any AMD card functions (AMD Chill, FSR, etc...)
Have you used DDU In safe mode and then reinstall the drivers?
Check your power settings both for Windows and in the Adrenaline Software. I've noticed a few times after installing Adrenaline updates and Windows updates that the power settings get changed. If the Windows power settings are set to Balanced this can cause issues in performance. If in Adrenaline the setting is set to hybrid or the new Eco-Green option it causes a performance drop.
I've set it to performance, Adrenalin was on deafult
